У статті проведено аналіз нормативно-правового забезпечення підготовки фахівців ІТ-підрозділів органів державної влади. Виявлено проблеми підготовки, спеціалізації та підвищення кваліфікації фахівців ІТ-підрозділів органів державної влади, що уповільнюють впровадження інформаційних технологій в усіх сферах суспільного життя та діяльності. Сформульовано пропозиції органам державної влади, які беруть безпосередню участь у підготовці, спеціалізації та підвищення кваліфікації фахівців галузі знань “Інформаційні технології”, для подальшого використання в практичній діяльності та для удосконалення відповідної нормативно-правової бази.
